One address, one memo line, no processing fees. Pick what you're paying for below and the details come up on screen, including the exact memo to type. If your service comes with an appointment, book the time first. The calendar isn't gated behind the payment.
Always name what you're paying for in the Zelle memo / note field. Zelle carries no invoice, no line item, and no receipt. A payment with a blank memo arrives on my end as a name and a dollar amount and nothing else. I can't tell a guide purchase from a coaching payment, and I can't match it to anything on my calendar.
You are about to send money to a Gmail address, and you should be suspicious of that. Here is how to confirm it is me:
Not comfortable with Zelle? That is a reasonable position. Email me and I will send a card invoice instead. Card payments carry a processing fee, so the price is 3% higher, but you get the protection a card gives you.
Write the memo exactly the way it appears on the button you click below: Interview Ready, VR&E Entitlement Support, Study Guide: Security+. For guides, name the certification instead of just writing "study guide." And if the name on your bank account isn't the name you booked under, put your full name in the memo too.
That one line is the record for both of us. It's how your payment gets matched to your booking, how the right file goes out the same day, and what we both point to later if a question ever comes up about it.
Click what you're paying for below. The Zelle address, the amount, and the memo to use all come up on screen with copy buttons.
Find "Send money with Zelle," which nearly every major U.S. bank has built into its app, and add my email as the recipient.
Enter the amount, then put the service name in the memo or note field before you hit send. This is the step people skip.
Nothing else for you to do. The transfer lands on my end within minutes and I check it daily, so I'll see it and get moving. If it's a guide, your PDF comes back within one business day.
Booking and paying are two separate steps. The calendar isn't locked behind the payment, and paying doesn't put anything on the calendar. Pick your slot on the booking page whenever you're ready, and send the money from here or from the pay button on the card. Either order works.
Sending it before we meet is what I ask for, not a condition of holding your slot.
Each of these comes with time on the calendar. Full detail is on the services page, and VR&E support has its own page.
Every guide has a free preview, so download one and see what you think before you spend anything.
Guides are a download, so the memo is the only way I know where to send it. Put the certification and your email address in it, like Study Guide: Security+ / jane@email.com. If your bank's memo field is too short, send the payment and then email me from the address you want the file at.
A few practical notes. Zelle is a direct bank-to-bank transfer, so payments are generally instant and can't be reversed the way a card charge can. Worth knowing that before you send. Daily and per-transfer limits are set by your own bank, not by me, and they are commonly $1,000 to $2,500 a day. Guides and the smaller services sit well under that. Offer Partner at $3,500 does not, so we agree a milestone schedule on the call rather than have a transfer bounce, or I send you a card invoice.
Not sure which certification to start with? Don't pay for anything yet. There's a free certification guidance call for exactly that. We'll work out which exam to sit first and in what order. If the honest answer is that you don't need me, you'll hear that instead of a pitch.
Email me or book the free call. I'd rather answer a question up front than sort out a payment after the fact.
