I collect the minimum I need to schedule a call and do the work you hired me for. I do not sell your information, I do not share it with advertisers, and I do not run advertising or tracking pixels on this site. If you want your data deleted, email me and it is gone.
The contact form. Your name, your email address, and anything you type into the notes field. There is also an optional question about your clearance level. It is optional on purpose, and you can leave it blank or answer "prefer not to say" without affecting anything. Form submissions are delivered to me by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider, and I retain them for as long as we are working together plus two years.
Scheduling. Booking a call sends your name, email address, and answers to the scheduling questions to Calendly, which runs my calendar. Their privacy policy governs what they hold.
Server logs. Netlify records standard request information, including IP address and browser type, for security and traffic measurement. I do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers.
Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request. Nothing about you is sent beyond what any web request carries.
You should never send me your clearance investigation file, your SF-86, your adjudication documents, polygraph details, or anything about the content of classified work. I do not need any of it and I do not want it in my inbox. The only clearance information useful to me is the level, whether it is currently active, and roughly when you last had access, which is exactly what belongs on a resume anyway.
Nothing you tell me is submitted to DCSA, the VA, the DoD, or any government system. I have no access to any of those.
Payments run through Zelle, which is bank-to-bank. I never see or store your bank credentials, account numbers, or card details. What arrives on my end is a name, an amount, and whatever you typed in the memo field. Records of payments are kept for tax purposes as the law requires.
Resumes, evaluations, rating decisions, and similar files are stored in my own cloud storage, access-restricted to me, and deleted on request. I do not send your documents to anyone without asking you first.
